3 Ways to Have an Eco-Chic Holiday

The most wonderful time of the year leads to a lot of waste. Americans throw away 25% more trash during the Thanksgiving to New Year's holiday period than any other time of year. The extra waste amounts to 25 million tons of garbage, or about 1 million extra tons per week. You have heard of reduce, reuse, and recycle. These really are the holy grail of being environmentally conscious. Let's focus on reaching our holidays waste, Here are 3 easy ways.

1- Buying sustainable toys and using sustainable wrapping paper

This is the easiest one! When you buy local, you are more likely buying toys that are sustainable and higher quality.
